Egypt ‘at war’ after Cairo bomb attack says PM

The Egyptian Prime Minister, Ibrahim Mahlab, has described his country as being “at war”, after a bomb attack in Cairo on the Italian consulate.
One person was killed and 10 injured in the blast.
Islamic State militants have said they were behind the explosion.
