Once your notice publishes, our Affidavit of Publication will automatically issue to you via email. It will also be posted at the same time to both our website and the Florida Public Notices website as a matter of protocol. Please notify us immediately if there are any issues with receipt.
The Affidavit will be your proof that you have complied with the Florida Statute that governs your particular notice. Every affidavit except for a fictitious name has to be filed with the Clerk of the Court. The fictitious name affidavit is for your records only; it does not need to be filed with any court or state agency.
