Attorney Aaron Schlossberg was caught on video in a hate-filled rant against Spanish speaking servers at a New York restaurant. The video went viral and the business center where he rented office space for his private law firm sent him packing. He’s now toting his personal effects to his car and looking for another place to hang up his shingle. He might have a hard time, though. About 10,000 petitions have been signed on the web, calling for him to be disbarred. Add to that number two more: Congressman Adriano Espaillat and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr., filed their own complaint against Schlossberg to the New York State Unified Court System’s Departmental Disciplinary Committee — calling on the panel to investigate the attorney and possibly revoke his license.
