Yesterday President Donald Trump warned the Justice Department not to cross a “red line ” by looking into his family business as part of the Russia-Trump 2016 campaign. The special counsel ignored him and did just that.
According to the Washington Post the special investigator is “looking into a variety of Trump businesses, and their interactions with Russian banks and tycoons.” Trump is not happy with the scrutiny.
He has lashed out at Attorney General Jeff Sessions and let him know that there might be repercussions. If he impedes the progress of the investigation, though, there will likely be renewed calls for his impeachment.
