Libyans suffering in turbulent Tripoli

The regime of Colonel Gaddafi in Libya ended four years ago. It is now a divided country with two rival governments and its people are struggling to rebuild their lives.
The so-called Islamic State (IS) maintains its foothold in Libya because the Tripoli government cannot summon up the military strength to destroy it.
