Online college waives fall semester application fee for Florida residents

(New Britain, CT) – July 13, 2015 – For a limited time, Charter Oak State College, (www.CharterOak.edu), a public online college, is waiving its $75 application fee for Florida residents. Residents should visit www.CharterOak.edu/free and fill out the college’s online inquiry form. The college will then provide the free waiver code to be used when filling out the college’s online application.

Charter Oak State College was created to help adults finish uncompleted associate and bachelor’s degrees. The college offers five majors – Cyber Security, Health Information Management, Health Care Administration, Business and Psychology. Additionally, the college offers a General Studies degree with concentrations in over 16 fields that can be completed through the exclusive use of online courses. These concentrations include Public Safety Administration, Criminal Justice, History, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Child Studies and Information Systems.

The college requires students to have 9 college credits for acceptance. The college offers a flexible credit transfer policy accepting up to 87 credits from other regionally accredited institutions.
