Orange County Grand Jury: Five True Bills to Indict

The Orange County Grand Jury, Final Fall Term 2014, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit convened on Tuesday, March 17th. They voted on the following:

A True Bill to indict Oakley Miller, 19, for First-Degree Murder with a Firearm in the death of Donald Gonnelly, 73.

A True Bill to indict Favian Rivera, 17, and Brandon Soto, 15, for First-Degree Murder with a Firearm in the death of 21-year-old Hector Jorge-Pabon. Rivera and Soto were also indicted on Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. Both will be tried as adults.

A True Bill to indict Luis Pacheco, 34, with two counts of First-Degree Murder with a Firearm in the deaths of Noelimar Rivera Leon, 20, and Carlos Junior Garcia Rivera, 35; and one count of Attempted First-Degree Murder with a Firearm.

A True Bill to indict Pascal Kaufmann, 19, for First-Degree Murder, four counts of Sexual Battery and one count of Aggravated Child Neglect in the death of 3-year-old Charlie Brame.

The Grand Jury report was returned and filed in Open Court in the presence of the Grand Jury and The Honorable Lisa Munyon, Circuit Court Judge.
