REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEMS – AIRSIDE/LANDSIDE FOR SOUTH TERMINAL C, PHASE 1 AT THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
All interested firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to serve as Technology Master Contractor (“TMC”) to perform LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEMS (“Services,” more particularly defined below) to Turner-Kiewit Joint Venture and Hensel Phelps Construction (“the CMARs”) for the SOUTH TERMINAL C, PHASE 1 Project (“the Project”) at the Orlando International Airport.
The Project includes a world-class domestic and inter-national airport terminal building, consisting of an airside terminal with 16 airline gates and a landside terminal with both secure and non-secure areas, and includes all associated improvements and infra-structure required or related thereto, such as site work, new and/or extension, widening and upgrading of existing runways, taxiways, aprons, other airfield infrastructure, roadways and other transportation and utilities infrastructure, other airfield work, utilities, landscaping, lighting, walk-ways, pedestrian bridges, expansion of the parking garage, a new chiller plant, emergency generator plant, ground services equipment facilities and all associated work. The Services are expected to include the scope of work described in: Contract Documents issued separately by each CMAR on Building Connected for pertinent bid/project man-uals, scope of work, appendices, exhibits and drawings:

TK invites prime subcon-tractors to complete and submit Turner’s prequali-fication. The pre-qualifi-cation process can be found at TK’s Project website, http://www. tkgoaa.com. The website will contain all announce-ments and any associated dates regarding the South Terminal C, Landside Project.
Turner-Kiewit and Hensel Phelps are committed to exceeding GOAA’s MWBE, DBE, LDB/VBE goals on the project. Goals will be established for each scope of work to maximize MWBE, DBE, LDB/VBE participation. We invite and encourage MWBE, DBE, LDB/VBEs to bid.

Deadline for submission of SOQs is on or before 12:00 PM, local time, July 13, 2018 to 11128 CANAL ROAD, ORLANDO, FL 32824. The Submission Requirements, Addenda, Requests for Information Responses and Pre-Submittal Conference minutes will be published online at the CMAR’s Building Connected file-sharing website. An Information Letter will be published on Building Connected.
