District 5 City Commissioner Regina I. Hill will join with leaders from the Orlando Chapter of the NAACP, Faith in Florida and SCLC to announce a new City effort aimed at reducing barriers to employment for ex-offenders.
This new initiative builds on the success of City programs like the BLUEPRINT Initiative which has ensured job opportunities for ex-offenders, homeless and Parramore residents through the construction of the Community Venues.
It all takes place tomorrow, Friday, May 15 at 3 p.m. Stop by the Orlando City Hall Rotunda, 400 S. Orange Ave.
