Arvonni Ginae DeboseORLANDO, FL – Arvonni Ginae Debose was born December 10, 1990 in Orlando, Florida to Regina Hill and Arthur Debose. She attended Orange County Public Schools: Hiawassee Elementary and Robinswood Middle School. She graduated from Ocoee High School in 2009.
In school, Vonni was a serious and studious student. She won awards in elementary for her excellent oratorical skills; yet, her favorite subject was math, at which she was naturally gifted. In middle and high school she was a percussionist in the symphonic band. She proved naturally talented at reading and writing music. At Ocoee High School, Vonni also played on the Girls Football team – showing that she also had spitfire spirit.
As a lifelong Learner, Arvonni matriculated to Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Florida and more recently, Seminole College, in Sanford, Florida.

She loved the Lord and was a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Kissimmee, Florida.

Vonni loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her son Papi. Vonni made sure Papi remained active, exposed him to educational and cultural events, and made sure he was always dressed-to-impress. Vonni absolutely adored Papi.

Vonni had a fun-loving and refreshing attitude. Her favorite colors were pink & white and she loved sneakers. She had an extensive collection of Jordans.

What stood out most about Arvonni was her kind and loving spirit. She was a peacemaker – justice, fairness and the feelings of others were her first considerations. Arvonni will be remembered for how she made others feel through her kind words, radiant smile, bright eyes, humility and loving spirit. She left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Avonni was preceded in death by her Grandparents: Joyce Hill Turner and Edward Hill; Betty and Arthur Lee Debose; Brothers: Artemus Debose; Artrell Debose, and Georgio Hill.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories to: Her loving Mother, Regina Hill; Father, Arthur Debose; Her son, whom she absolutely adored, Hector Rodriguez, Jr.; Brothers: Omari Nembhard, Rakeem Hill, Alex Debose, Ardtneal Debose, Arthur Debose, Austan Debose, and Avazindia Debose; Sisters: Shikata Dixson and Akirah Collins; Grandparents: Reverend Willie Bell Coleman-Smith (Albert); Aunts: Vanessa Devereaux, Cassandra Hicks, Wylene White (Ernest), Willie Jean Lucas, Darlene Jackson (Terry), Jeanne Willis, Leslie Barber, Artrmes Debose and Cassandra Hicks; Great Aunts: Rosalyn Simpkins and Flora Hill; Uncles, Vernon “Sonny Boy” Rolle, Edward Hill, Gerald Lawrence, Lester Hill, Eugene Hill and Jason Hill; Great Uncles: Vernon Simpkins and Douglas Hill; Niece, S’omari Nembhard; Cousins: Yaprece Gordon, Kaneesha Lucas, Yilene Jackson, Bashari Barber; Special Friends: Ti’errya Baker, Terrya Baker, Lennaya Bryan, Racquel Curtain, Kiarah Dozier, Brandi Johnson, Diamond Seay-Graham, Tenera Wright, Leroyia Jones, Brittany Martin, Isa Tou Sarr, Sontaevia Armstrong, Clinique McCarthern and Rodnecia Jones; a host of cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

Visitation for the wake service will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at Mitchells Funeral Home (501 Fairvilla Rd, Orlando, FL 32808) from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015, at the Majestic Life Church (821 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811) at 3:00pm.
