A call to all American citizens to read this call to action for the correction of the state of America’s Government which has been altered from its original intention to another form of government, which does not fulfill its original intent.
The founding Fathers of this Nation, when they could no longer endure the laws and the rule of the nation that governed them, under unfair conditions for long terms of injustices, unfair taxation without representation, mass incarceration under unfair economic conditions and the force of hard rule under military supplied policing, a system of classism separating the rich and powerful from the poor hard working class; thought it not unjust to form a more perfect government to better serve the people.
The founding fathers of this country, we call America agreed that men needed government for the Nation to excite economic growth and survive as a new nation, a government that served the Nation and men should uphold such government as a government of the people and for the people, thus our government was created to serve the people and bring peace and safe guard the rights of those people in lawful equal goodwill to all those governed by the Laws of God and by the Laws of men.
The Founding Fathers of this Nation agreed that when government no longer protected or fulfilled the needs of the people, that we the people have the right to shake off such government, to no longer abide by the Laws which governed us. While it is not good for a Nation to throw off and rebel against its government for any and every little reason that comes along; it is our God given right to protest, the freedom to speak out and our right to act in civil disobedience when that government and it’s elected officials no longer up-hold the good will and the rights of those people it governs. Our Founding Fathers said, we have the right to throw such government off and to rebuild a better government to serve the people. Thus “The Declaration of Independence” The Constitution of the United States and this government was formed.
The United States government, to me, is one of the most perfect governments on the face of the Earth. All my life I studied this government, 21 years of military service I vowed to defend this government and this Nation against enemies foreign and domestic, to defend this Nations government and the people it governs; yet, this government in the hands of unrighteous men, unjust politically motivated two party system run by men seeking to please the greed of rich and powerful men and the Cooperate needs of the rich and powerful over the needs of the common good of the people, have destroyed the intentions of the government which was formed by the founding Fathers to protect the people. In doing so, they have created a new form of government which is not a free democratic government for the people and by the people.
America has become a tyrant like nation, much like the Great Britain of old, the nation which ruled over America, before we became a free nation. We have become the very thing we fought against, an oppressor of nations around the world for capital gain, a nation which taxes it people without giving them the protection economically to promote the common welfare of its people and the treatment of black American and other races in America has become an oppressor of the poor living America.
America a nation founded on freedom and justice for all through its economic gains through slavery, separate but equal laws and civil and human rights violation has brought great suffering on the black Americans living in America. Through unjust immigrations laws denying rights to Latino and people of color, with Its long term treatment of black Americans recorded forever in history has forced changes amending the Constitution of the United States of America, to insure equal and just treatment of all Americans; Yet, even until this day the blood of black Americans fill America’s streets and our black sons fill the prison system nationwide, showing that in America the black man is still not free.
America has fought more than 100 wars since the forming of this nation. Until this day the weapons of our warfare has taken the lives of men, women, children and their children’s, children in the name of freedom and justice, we have deployed our armies, only to carry out the hidden agendas of increasing the wealth of the “Powers That Be”, our children and the children of the world are still dying. The world economy under the leadership of the Super Powers have created new forms of economic slavery, outsourcing jobs, gutting the voters rights act, cuts to welfare / social security, crashing of the stock markets and creating a multi-billion dollar prison industrial complex has transformed the face of America the beautiful into the very thing our founding fathers fought to break from.
America has become the wicked empire that we have long fought against in time past. For a long time we have not known peace. Our children are dying in the streets.
Once again, the words of our founding fathers ring out in history to address a changing nation. “When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the cause which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, – That whenever any Form of Government become destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuse and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is (their) right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for their future security. – Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former System of Government.”
These are the words which formed a nation, on these words stand the hope of America. But if these words which has become the Laws which governs the Land, are not equally carried out for every citizen living in America, then our government is of non-effect, devoid and unjust; and by our Constitution it gives the America citizen the right to change such government.
Today I ask America to take a good look at the long train of abuse and usurpations, the mass incarceration, the economic state of being and the racial discrimination of black America, which has been well documented on the pages of world history, that this government is made into a lie, which gives us the right to change such government according the “The Declaration of Independence” and “The Constitution of the United States”.
If the rights of any American is violated and this government no longer takes care of the needs of the common wealth of all the people, then by Law we have the God given and Lawfully given right to shake off such government and demand change. Today we come demanding that the needs of people, be set above the greed of Corporations and the demands of Special Interest Groups, that we the people are the people who made, worked and built the Corporations and Special Interest Groups and the rights of a few should never over rule the rights the many and this government cannot be controlled by the wealth and power of the few over the voice of people.
Although we are many different people, races, nationalities and beliefs, together we form America, the land of free the home of the brave. The American Dream has become, America’s worst nightmare as liberty and justice has been bought and paid for by the rich and power, and the needs of the common people are forgotten. This is not the America, we believe in, nor is it the American Government that so many died in its protection.
So in light of these changing events, we the American people have every right to refuse government support or let the influence of a few bring hardship on the many. In times like these we all join hands to stand up and embrace the true meaning of our Preamble, “We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessing of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”
This is the Preamble to the United States Constitution, yet, for the black nation living in America, we were slave when they wrote it, we were the world’s leading export and trade income for forced labors, and because we were not look upon as men and women, as human beings, but looked at as merchandise and goods not a man, when these laws were put in place. So it was never our founding father intentions to see black men and women as free Americans, but we were in fact the property of America common wealth, like cattle.
The Constitution was never meant to include us as a part of America. History of America, Constitutional Laws and the actions of bloody men show the double standard set forth by those who run our government, allowing the un-just treatment of the black nation living in America. So we have the right not to live by these laws which do not protect us, the poor whites, low income browns and low income red/ yellow families and all religions and mixed races are now the victims of economic oppression, something we as black Americans have suffered for years, now the “Power That Be” force economic slavery on the whole world and wage wars (using the American military forces) to support its violent reign in the name freedom and justice, over all the poor and suffering of the world.
We do not wish to over throw the American government, that’s non-since, our goal is to support our government exposing the tactics of government officials (under Corporate and Special Interest Groups influence and Corporate dollars) through in fighting for Two Party benefits to the rich and powerful who have destroyed the very principles for which this government was formed. This is a call to all Americans to stand up to promote change in our government to support what really matters, and that is our children, the American family and the American way of life. I ask you to write your government officials/ to protest on all levels and demand change.
You deserve a government that serves the needs of the people. I ask you to go to the voting polls and vote out those who put party government ahead of the needs of the people. It is our right to demand changes in our government to safe guard and protect the American way of life and provide for the common welfare of every American citizen, creating economic opportunities for the profit of every citizen.
So, in light of America’s failure to up-hold the Constitution of the United States; I ask you to withhold all funds from this economy in your own way, taxes should be made accountable every dollar to the American citizen, withhold all notes and all daily trades that support the income of the “Powers That Be”, the rich and powerful, the Corporations and local governmental systems that are not supporting the American people. It is our God given and Constitutional right to defend our government and expose those powers both foreign and domestic who threaten it through their greed and have changed it to a form of government not our own.
