Publishing your Legal Notice with us is easy. Just fill the form below and send it to us. That starts the process. We check the information, then put it into a form that we can publish, and get back to you.
Then, here’s what happens next.
1) We send the Notice back to you. You look it over, make any changes or corrections needed and let us know what has to be fixed.
2) When you approve the final form, we schedule the Notice to run in the paper and let you know the publication dates.
4) We invoice you for $120. That’s it! That’s how simple it is.
Our prices are low because once we schedule the Notice for publication, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM US AGAIN UNTIL the 4 weeks are up. This is how we keep our legal advertising rates so low. We make sure you understand the process, then we move on. Talking to you on the phone, emailing you, texting you, sending you copies of the newspaper– these are the things that increase the cost of our service.
5) After the 4th run, we will send you our Affidavit of Publication, certifying that your ad ran for the required 4 weeks. This is the document you will take back to the Clerk of the Court AFTER– not before, not on the date, but AFTER your spouse’s time for answering is up.
6) The process is automatic. You will not have to call. You will receive the Affidavit on the last day your notice runs in your email inbox on or before 8:00 AM. But if for any reason you don’t have your Affidavit by 9AM, simply send us an email or text or call, and we’ll get your Affidavit to you right away.
Just remember, your account must be paid in full before an Affidavit of Publication is sent.
